boolean FtpDir(string out_filename, string path, number connection_handle)

Parameters:
out_filename      the name of the file to store the result
path      the ftp file path
connection_handle      the connection handle as returned by FtpConnect.

Description:
Issue an LIST command and write response to output.

Returns:
Returns true if succeeded, false if failed.
