Prototype:
number FtpConnect(string hostname)

Parameters:
hostname      the ftp server hostname; can contain the port. Eg. "localhost:21"

Description:
Connects to a given host.

Example:

			echo "Can't Connect\n";
			return 0;
		} else {
			echo "Connected !!!\n";
		}
		FtpLogin("","",con);
