Prototype:
number htmlCtxtReadDoc(number ctxt, string cur, string URL, string encoding, number options)

Parameters:
ctxt      an HTML parser context
cur      a string
URL      the base URL to use for the document
encoding      the document encoding, or an empty string
options      a combination of htmlParserOption(s)

Description:
Parse an XML in-memory document and build a tree. This reuses the existing ctxt parser context

Returns:
Returns the resulting document tree or null if failed.
