Prototype:
OnParentChanged(Sender, EventData)

Parameters:
Sender      the event firing control
EventData      the RID (Remote ID) of the old parent. If RID is null, then the control had no parent.

Description:
This event is fired when the control's parent is changed.

Returns:
This event can close the application by returning MSG_APPLICATION_QUIT. Any other return value will be ignored.
