Prototype:
OnHierarchyChanged(Sender, EventData)

Parameters:
Sender      the event firing control
EventData      the RID (Remote ID) of the previous top level control. If RID is null, then the control had no top level control(parent).

Description:
Informs objects that their top level control has been changed.

Returns:
This event can close the application by returning MSG_APPLICATION_QUIT. Any other return value will be ignored.
