Prototype:
OnGrabNotify(Sender, EventData)

Parameters:
Sender      the event firing control
EventData      encapsulates a string representing a boolean

Description:
Event fired when a control is grabbed(check GTK for more information).
EventData must be evaluated as so:
    was_grabbed=value EventData;

Warning: this event is undocumented(or poorly documented) in GTK/GTKmm

Returns:
This event can close the application by returning MSG_APPLICATION_QUIT. Any other return value will be ignored.
