Prototype:
OnDragEnd(Sender, EventData)

Parameters:
Sender      the event firing control
EventData      unused for this event

Description:
This event is fired on the drag source when a drag is finished. A typical reason to connect to this signal is to undo things done in {OnDragaBegin}.

Returns:
This event can close the application by returning MSG_APPLICATION_QUIT. Any other return value will be ignored.
