Prototype:
OnChildNotify(Sender, EventData)

Parameters:
Sender      the event firing control
EventData      unused for this event

Description:
This event is fired for each child property that has changed on an object. EventData holds the property name as a string

Returns:
This event can close the application by returning MSG_APPLICATION_QUIT. Any other return value will be ignored.
