Prototype:
public function ConfirmEvent(eventID)

Parameters:
eventID      The ID of the event thant needs to be confirmed

Description:
Some events require confirmation. For example EVENT_ON_DELETEEVENT. This function should be not used (is used internally by the framework).

Returns:
This function returns the result of the {SendMessage}(send_message) function.
