Prototype:
public function RVButtonBox(Owner);

Parameters:
Owner      the parent of the RVButtonBox; the parent should be at least a SingleContainer derived object.

Description:
This is the constructor for RVButtonBox.

Example: 
To instantiate a RVButtonBox you should use the 'new' operator:

	var box=new RVButtonBox(container);
	// don't forget to call {Show } ();
	box.Show();

Returns:
This is a constructor, and returns nothing.
