Prototype:
OnRowCollapsed(Sender, EventData)

Parameters:
Sender      the event firing control
EventData      contains a string containing the path as a string (ex: "3:2:2" for the third element of the third child of the fourth item).

Description:
This event is fired when a row is collapsed.

Returns:
This event can close the application by returning MSG_APPLICATION_QUIT. Any other return value will be ignored.
