Prototype:
public function RToolSeparator(Owner);

Parameters:
Owner      The owner of the control. Must be an RToolbar.

Description:
This is the standard contructor for this class and should not be used directly. Instead, is called using the 'new' operator as in the example bellow.

Example: 
		var ToolSeparator=new RToolSeparator(owner);
		ToolSeparator.Show();

Returns:
This is a constructor and returns nothing.
