Prototype:
Read/Write property IsImportant[=true|false]
Description:
Sets or checks whether tool button considered important. This property is used to determine whether to show or hide its label when the toolbar style is TOOLBAR_BOTH_HORIZ.
Return value:
Returns true if the button is considered important.
